"A Beautiful Thing. Brenda Simon is not only a talented singer, song writer, but her art work is breathtaking. It touches your heart. Needless to say, I was thrilled and honored when Brenda agreed to do a portrait for me as a surprise for my husband. It would be from a photo of the both of us. Knowing her art work, I left all the details and expertise to her, and without a doubt, she produced the most beautiful piece of art using charcoal and watercolors. She captured more than I ever expected. She captured a "feeling", love, and tenderness. She saw beyond a 3 x 5 photo and put it all on canvas.
