but must be requested before work is begun on show.

Images can be photographs, documents (scanned at no additional charge) or digital images delivered via email or on disc.

For images desiring a caption please make a note with a corresponding number to the image.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required, with the balance due upon delivery of DVD.

Extra Memorial DVD copies are $20.00 each.

A copy of the DVD will be kept on file for 1 year allowing additional copies to be easily made.
