This harkened back to the thirties and the Great Depression. Two men resting on railroad tracks, troubled times.

Faces have never stopped fascinating me. The many expressions, revealing eyes - every line and hair strand speaks.

Of all the art tools a pencil is always available. Most of my work in drawings has been about faces. The accuracy and detail is completely controllable and defined. The detail work I love is easily mastered with simple pencil or charcoal mediums.
