3 STEPS TO A CUSTOM WEBSITE
There are three steps to creating your customized website.
This can be done through a number of resources. Register.com
If you find this confusing Brenda can take care of registering your domain and help choose your domain name.
2. Web Hosting. There are many, many resources. Your topmost concerns are the web host’s (also called “server”) reliability rate and support. If you have shopping cart needs or fill-in forms (CGI or PHP scripting) there are several elements that must be part of your web host server. This is your business: the cheapest is not what you want.
If you have secured web hosting services Brenda will upload website files to server at no charge (additional fees will be charged for installing any blogs, forms, databases, etc. ). Client will need to provide Password and User Name.
If client uses Brenda's web host resource the semi-annual web host fee is $90.00 ($15.00/month) (subject to change) includes webmail and email forwarding set up at No Charge. Additional services available as needed. Sixty days prior to renewal date you will be invoiced and payment is due within 30 days prior to expiration.
3. Web Design. Basic* package includes up to 10 static webpages for $1,025.00.*does not include forms, rollovers, JavaScript menus (drop down menu), blog, slide show, Flash, video, audio or e-commerce; no moving elements
Minor photo editing corrections are included with each beginning website package.

As a multi-media designer there are so many possibilities, please contact me with your specific needs for a richer customized website.
Websites need to be tailored to the business and I take great care to set the tone of the site to reflect your business practices and goals. Your website will be custom designed using your logo and copy/text/information. While you supply the images and content for your site I am able to enhance and correct photos. All web design includes web banner, graphic/photos optimization and search engine optimization, something typically charged separately, most designers do not include this.
Don't have a logo? I can create one.
It is common practice in web design for the designer to claim the copyright for the website created. Brenda does not implement this practice. She creates a website as a work for hire. The client owns the copyright on their website and all rights to use and assign all elements therein. Brenda Simon Creations retains the right to display graphics and other web design elements as examples of her work in her portfolio with a footer credit placed on client’s website. You will own and have a copy of your completed website and all it's components.
My goal is to make this simple and bring your vision to the Internet. Small businesses can have the look and feel of their larger competitors at affordable web design prices.
