Web Design.
My Basic package includes up to 10 static custom web pages (does not include Flash, JavaScript, video, audio, forms or e-commerce) for $850.00. Each additional web page $65.00. Minor photo editing (see examples) corrections are included with each beginning website package.

Why ten pages? Search engines are all about content. "Content is King" is Google's song, content being words on the page. While people like graphics and images Google feeds on text. You need to have a sizable presence online for organic searches. (Non pay-per-click advertising.) Ten pages is a solid entrance for your business. Most businesses easily fill out this number of pages: Home, About Us, Contact Us, Testimonials, Services, Links/Resources (for backlinks) plus 4 pages to tell us more. Educational pages are always helpful to your site. The pages are quickly utilized.

If you're certain you have enough backlinks and incoming traffic, or are using paid advertising you can begin with 5 pages. Under these circumstance, I stipulate in my contract the site owner recognizes this can be a weak entry.

There is NO monthly maintenance fee. My clients are free to contact me any time with web questions and issues. Once the custom website is completed your only ongoing cost is the web hosting fee until you are ready to update or change pages on your site. My rate for changes and updates is $40.00/hour, one hour minimum and quarter hour increments thereafter. I suggest my clients save up the little changes to maximize the fee.

PayPal is a cost effect way to add secure shopping to your site. It can be added for one item or a full inventory. PayPal requires coding generated from PayPal and two pages: Thank You and Sold Out (if applicable). Billed at a rate of $30.00/hour.

JavaScript drop down menu: $50.00

Each product for sale typically needs it's own information page (product page), which is also used for SEO and which helps with index ranking.

Secure, full e-commerce contact for quote.

Google analytics added $50.00 for 10 pages. Requires Google gmail account.

Websites need to be tailored to the business and I take great care to set the tone of the site to reflect your business practices and goals. Your website will be custom designed using your logo and copy/text/information. While you supply the images and content for your site I am able to enhance and correct photos. All web design includes web banner, graphic/photos optimization and search engine optimization, something typically charged separately, most designers do not include this.

How can this be so affordable? Simple - low overhead. I do not maintain a staff or large office.

Don't have a logo? I can create one.

Most web designers include in their contract they "own" and maintain the copyright of your website design. This is not my practice. I provide my services as work for hire. You will receive your website via email or disc (depending on size) and it is yours. I do put "designed by Brenda Simon Creations" with a link back to my site.

You will receive your entire finished website (files) via email (or CD disc) after website is launched and final proof.
